Stills are delighted to have been chosen by St David’s 2 to provide essential marketing support to help communicate the details and importance of the project and what it means to Cardiff to the local and wider community. Stills Managing Director Chris Carpenter said “St David’s 2 dominates the Cardiff skyline, there is no bigger development of this kind in Wales and we are very proud to be associated with it. The work has been challenging, especially producing and erecting the hundreds of meters of graphics that make up the hoarding boards”.
Stills have been responsible for developing the St David’s unique look and its application to hoarding boards, display areas and multi–media presentations. Chris goes on to say “the project is picking up pace and there is so much more to do. Consumers are thirsty for up to date information and it’s partly our job to support the St David’s team in delivering that”.

Business Stills booming for Welsh brand agency
Stills have been instrumental in developing the Dragon DI brand from creating the company name, trademark and all communication materials including online and printed literature. Stills were also responsible for organising the launch of the new facility where Jack Cardiff, the two times Oscar winning cinematographer, unveiled a commemorative plaque to mark the occasion. The event then moved to the Park Plaza hotel, Cardiff where Stills had organised for guests to attend an audience with Jack Cardiff.
Stills won the tender to design, build and manage their exhibition space at all events over a three year period. The stand has to promote their core products, children’s programmes, music and sport and also create space for a shop, exhibition area, two theatres, hospitality suite, kids' play area, storage and outside seating areas.
Welsh Language Board
After winning the pitch to rebrand the Welsh Language Board, Stills have gone on to develop and deploy an integrated media campaign.
Its aim is to raise awareness of the benefits of speaking Welsh and incorporate TV, billboards and bus rears across the whole of Wales. The campaign spans a three month period covering September, October and November.
